1. La inscripción estará abierta hasta:

2. Los siguientes servicios están incluidos en la compra de tu billete de misión para el Space Summer School :

Seguro de responsabilidad civil.
Una comida diaria.
Una hora de entrenamiento deportivo con expertos.
Tres clases teóricas y prácticas impartidas por expertos en robótica, ingeniería, física, astronomía, astrofísica, astrobiología, salud y alimentación, salud mental y gestión de emociones, entre otros temas.
Una excursión fuera de las instalaciones de ESAC.
Creación y diseño personalizado por monitores especializados y la divulgadora Astronauta LiLi.
Contenido exclusivo y seguimiento personalizado.
Todo el material necesario para realizar las actividades durante los 10 días del Space Summer School.
Una camiseta exclusiva con realidad aumentada (AR) del Space Summer School.
Material personalizado para cada participante.

El precio incluye el IVA.

3. La inscripción se hará efectiva:

Tras haber pagado la cuota íntegra.
Tras haber aceptado y firmado las condiciones generales.
Las inscripciones son personales e intransferibles. Nubalo Studios S.L. se reserva el derecho de anular la inscripción, si antes de empezar el Space Summer School, no se hubiera pagado la totalidad de la inscripción.

4. Cancelaciones:

En el caso de que un participante o su representante legal decidieran cancelar los servicios contratados, deberá notificarlo por escrito a info@viajeinterplanetario.com
Si la cancelación se realiza hasta 30 días antes del inicio, el participante tendrá derecho a la devolución de las cantidades que hubiese pagado con excepción de 25€ en concepto de gastos de gestión. Si la cancelación se produce entre 29 y 10 días antes del inicio, los gastos de gestión y cancelación cobrados ascenderán al 50% del precio del campamento. La cancelación del servicio a menos de 10 días de su inicio, supondrá la pérdida total del importe abonado por el mismo.
El participante no tendrá derecho a reembolso alguno en caso de abandono durante el transcurso del servicio. La suma de servicios incluidos en el precio del Space Summer School diseñado por la Astronauta LiLi, y desarrollado en las instalaciones del Centro Europeo de Astronomía Espacial (ESAC) se considera como un programa completo o paquete único indivisible, no podrán descontarse por separado.
En el supuesto de que, antes del inicio del Space Summer School, Nubalo Studios S.L. se vea obligada a modificar de manera significativa, algún elemento esencial del contrato, incluido el precio, deberá ponerlo inmediatamente en conocimiento del participante. Éste podrá optar por resolver el contrato, sin que le sea realizado cargo alguno, o bien aceptar una modificación en el contrato.

5. Indemnizaciones:
No existirá obligación por parte de Nubalo Studios S.L. de indemnizar al participante en los siguientes supuestos:

Cuando la cancelación del Space Summer School se deba a motivos de fuerza mayor, o causa suficiente. Se entiende por ésta última aquellas circunstancias ajenas a quién las invoca, anormales, cuyas consecuencias no habrían podido evitarse, a pesar de haberse actuado con la diligencia debida.

6. Expulsiones sin rembolso:

Cuando el participante no cumpla con las normas internas del campamento, o contribuya a un anormal funcionamiento de las dinámicas de grupo, por su mal comportamiento, o ponga en peligro a otros participantes, durante el tiempo de las actividades.
No se admitirán comentarios o actitudes que incluyan insultos, difamaciones o expresiones que puedan resultar incómodas hacia alguno de los participantes. No se tolerará el bullying. Cualquier incumplimiento a este respecto, puede suponer la expulsión del Space Summer School.
Para garantizar que todo el mundo tenga una experiencia positiva. El director se reserva el derecho de expulsar a cualquier niño o niña cuya influencia o acciones se consideren incompatibles con la comunidad del Space Summer School diseñado por la Astronauta LiLi y la normativa interna, sin ningún tipo de reembolso. Esto es extensivo a los padres y tutores.

7. Se espera que cada participante realice la rutina diaria. Incluido las actividades deportivas.

8. Al marcar la casilla de Acepto los términos y condiciones, se compromete al cumplimiento de estos términos y condiciones sin ningún tipo de reserva.

Autorizo a que se tomen fotografías y vídeos de mi / mis hijos participante/s durante el Space Summer School para uso interno y externo de Nubalo Studios S.L, y redes sociales de Viaje Interplanetario y Astronauta LiLi siempre en referencia al campamento y la divulgación científica.

9. Al aceptar los términos y condiciones, se compromete al cumplimiento de estos términos y condiciones sin ningún tipo de reserva.

10. Nubalo Studios S.L no se hace responsable de los menores fuera del horario del Space Summer School. De lune a viernes de 9:30 a 17:00.

11. El Space Summer School de la Astronauta LiLi, de la empresa Nubalo Studios S.L es un espacio de tolerancia y respeto por todos los seres vivos. Nuestros valores se basan en el conocimiento de la ciencia, el aprendizaje constante y lo que esto supone. Entender cómo funciona el mundo, enseñar a los niños y niñas a ser empáticos y salir de su zona de confort para conocer a otros seres humanos, para entender que todos somos diferentes pero todos vivimos en el mismo planeta y debemos cuidarnos y respetarnos con nuestras diferencias para enriquecernos del conocimiento.
El racismo, la homofobia, el machismo, el bullying y otras formas de despreciar a otros seres humanos no tienen cabida en nuestra escuela espacial. Educamos desde el conocimiento y la ciencia para despertar en los más pequeños la pasión por estudiar carreras STEAM y formar a futuros adultos felices y responsables.

3. Registration will be effective:

After paying the full fee.
After accepting and signing the general conditions.
Registrations are personal and non-transferable. Nubalo Studios S.L. reserves the right to cancel registration if the full registration fee has not been paid before the start of Space Summer School.

4. Cancellations:

In the event that a participant or their legal representative decides to cancel the contracted services, they must notify to info@viajeinterplanetario.com.
If the cancellation is made up to 30 days before the start, the participant will be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid, except for 25€ for management expenses. If the cancellation is made between 29 and 10 days before the start, the management and cancellation fees charged will amount to 50% of the camp price. The cancellation of the service less than 10 days before its start will result in the total loss of the amount paid for it.
The participant will not be entitled to any refund in case of abandonment during the service. The sum of services included in the price of Space Summer School designed by astronaut LiLi and developed in the facilities of the European Space Astronomy Centre (ESAC) is considered a complete program or indivisible package and cannot be discounted separately.
In the event that Nubalo Studios S.L. is forced to significantly modify any essential element of the contract, including the price, before the start of Space Summer School, it must immediately inform the participant. The participant may choose to terminate the contract without any charge or accept a modification to the contract.

5. Indemnifications:

Nubalo Studios S.L. will not be obliged to indemnify the participant in the following situations:

When the cancellation of the Space Summer School is due to force majeure or sufficient cause. The latter is understood to mean those circumstances that are beyond the control of the party invoking them, abnormal, and whose consequences could not have been avoided despite having acted with due diligence.

6. Expulsions without refund:

When the participant fails to comply with the internal rules of the camp or contributes to abnormal functioning of the group dynamics due to their misconduct, or endangers other participants during the activities.
Comments or attitudes that include insults, defamation, or expressions that may be uncomfortable for any of the participants will not be allowed. Bullying will not be tolerated. Any breach in this regard may result in the expulsion of the participant from the Space Summer School.
To ensure that everyone has a positive experience, the director reserves the right to expel any child whose influence or actions are considered incompatible with the community of the Space Summer School designed by the Astronaut LiLi and the internal regulations, without any type of refund. This also applies to parents and guardians.

7. Each participant is expected to follow the daily routine, including sports activities.

8. By checking the box “I accept the terms and conditions,” you commit to complying with these terms and conditions without any reservation.

I authorize Nubalo Studios S.L. to take photographs and videos of my / my children’s participant/s during the Space Summer School for internal and external use of Nubalo Studios S.L., and social media of Viaje Interplanetario and Astronauta LiLi, always in reference to the camp and scientific dissemination.

9. By accepting the terms and conditions, you commit to complying with these terms and conditions without any reservation.

10. Nubalo Studios S.L. is not responsible for minors outside the hours of the Space Summer School. Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 17:00 p.m.

11. The Space Summer School of the Astronauta LiLi, of the company Nubalo Studios S.L., is a space of tolerance and respect for all living beings. Our values are based on knowledge of science, constant learning, and what this entails. Understanding how the world works, teaching children to be empathetic, and stepping out of their comfort zone to meet other human beings, to understand that we are all different but we all live on the same planet and we must take care of and respect each other with our differences to enrich ourselves with knowledge.
Racism, homophobia, sexism, bullying, and other forms of disrespect towards other human beings have no place in our space school. We educate through knowledge and science to awaken in the youngest ones the passion for studying STEAM careers and training future happy and responsible adults.
